- Our home is available on a limited basis. We require a 5 night minimum stay. There is no maid service during your stay unless requested and additional charges will apply.
 
- You can check our calendar on line to see what weeks are available. Our rental week begins on Sunday. We will try to accommodate different week configurations if possible.
 
- Your reservations can be made with a non-refundable deposit of half the rental amount. The balance is due within 14 days. If the reservation is made less that 14 days from the date of your arrival, the entire payment is due with your reservation.
 
- We accept VISA or personal checks.
 
- There is a one time cleaning fee of $75.00 for one week or if additional service is requested during your stay, the fee is $125.00.
 
- We also require a $100.00 damage deposit, which is refundable within 14 days of your departure. Items for which the damage deposit will be applied include missing or damaged linens, towels or kitchen utensils or appliances, broken or damaged audio/visual equipment, broken, damaged or missing furnishings or accessories and service or repair calls made due to misuse or negligence.

Please, no smoking or pets of any kind.
